•DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery for most orders placed before the cutoff time. Simply browse our collection, choose your arrangement, and enjoy fresh, hand-delivered flowers the same day.
• CAN I SCHEDULE A DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC DATE and TIME?
Yes, you can schedule flower delivery for a specific date during checkout. Just select your preferred date, and we’ll ensure your arrangement arrives on time and fresh.
• WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME DURING DELIVERY ?
If the recipient isn’t home, we will do our best to deliver your flowers safely. We will take a picture at the delivery address to prove that we delivered the flowers. Please note, we are not responsible for any missing flowers if no one is available to receive them. We will leave the flowers at the front gate if the recipient is unavailable, and will send you a photo for confirmation.
• DO YOU DELIVER FLOWERS TO HOSPITALS, OFICES, Or FUNERAL HOMES?
Yes, we deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, and funeral homes. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide detailed instructions, including the recipient's room number for hospital ,building, and contact information. Most hospitals are large, and having the necessary details (including the patient's phone number) helps us deliver your flowers quickly and efficiently. For funeral homes we need the name of the decesead person and a family member name who will attend there. If flowers are found to offices every detail would help.
•HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY FLOWERS ARRIVE AT THE RIGHT ADDRESS?
When purchasing online, please ensure you provide complete and accurate delivery details. This includes any necessary community gate codes, front gate access, or special instructions for a safe and easy delivery. Our team will do their best to ensure your flowers are delivered safely to a secure location. If access is not possible, flowers will be left at the gate with a picture for verification.
• CAN I TIP THE FLORIST OR DELIVERY DRIVER?
Yes, we offer an option to tip your designer when you place your order online. If the recipient is different from the person who placed the order, they can also tip the driver if they feel they provided excellent service. We appreciate your support that motivate us to continue delivering exceptional service. Your money will go straight to the person who perform that task.
•WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver daily flower arrangements and event flowers to a very large area, including San Francisco, the larger Bay Area, Marin County, East Bay, and for larger events, up to Sacramento and Carmel. ( any corporate or residential events). For deliveries that require longer trips (over one hour), we ask that orders be placed ahead of time to allow for better planning.
• DO YOU ACEPT SAME-DAY ORDERS ON BUSY HOLIDAYS LIKE MOTHER’s DAY OR VALENTINE’s DAY?
During busy holidays like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, all flowers are delivered on the same day they are requested. However, if you want to guarantee priority delivery, preordering is highly recommended. This ensures your order is delivered in the earliest available trip. For last-minute orders, please note that we cannot guarantee specific flowers or delivery times. First come, first serve as always, unless preordering with special requests.
• WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON FUNERAL FLOWER DELIVERIES?
We do deliver funeral flowers to cemeteries and funeral homes. However, these flowers must be ordered in advance. Due to the high demand during major holidays, we can no longer offer same-day delivery for funeral flowers. These tribute arrangements require careful planning and time to ensure we provide the highest quality service. Our job is to deliver them to the address and the funeral take over the responsibility of ensuring the funeral service have our flowers on time. Each place have its own regulations and we need to respect that. If flowers are not at the room you are expected please check with office staff where we are allowed to dropped the flowers or check their Log book to see what happens with your designs . ( Dropping time, details about the service are usually mentioned there at front desk). You also can contact us to let you know when we dropped the orders.
•WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER ITS PLACED?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible on busy days or holidays. Last minute orders are not allowed if we already cut your blooms and have them ready for the day.
•HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWER LAST?
To keep your flowers fresh and vibrant, we provide flower food with each arrangement to help preserve their life. Be sure to follow the care instructions, change the water daily, and trim the stems to ensure your flowers stay beautiful longer. Avoid placing flower in a direct sunlight or in hot temperatures.
• WHAT CARS SHOULD I EXPECT TO DELIVER FLOWERS TO MY LOCATION?
We typically deliver with our red Ford Transit Connect, but on busy days, we may have other contractors using their own vehicles. If you are unsure about the car delivering to your location, please feel free to contact us for more details.
• WHY DOES TIME ALLOWED FOR PLANNING YOUR ORDER MATTER?
We deliver in many directions, and we have limited trips available for each area every day. Preordering allows us to include your flowers in the earliest available trip. If not preordered, your delivery might be scheduled for a later time, especially during holidays. We need time to carefully plan our delivery routes and ensure your flowers are handled with care. Rushing the process is not an option; we want every arrangement to be perfect.
•DO YOU DELIVER TO CEMETARIES AND FUNERAL SERVICE HOMES?
Yes, we do. Funeral flowers must be ordered ahead of time to ensure we can provide the best service. Due to our growth over the past five years, we no longer offer same-day funeral flower delivery. Please place these orders well in advance.
• HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE QUALITY OF OUR SERVICE ON BUSY HOLIDAYS?
During busy times like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, we ask that you preorder to guarantee your flowers are delivered on time. Please keep in mind that flower markets often run out of premium flowers, and last week orders might not be able to receive the specific blooms requested. We aim to provide exceptional service and a smooth experience for our customers but need your help.
