RETURN POLICY
Flowers have a limited return policy because they are perishable, with most policies requiring contact within 24 hours to 7 days of delivery to report issues like damage or poor quality. While some stores offer a direct refund, many, like florists and big-box stores, provide replacements or store credit instead. You're typically responsible for the flowers' well-being and must meet specific conditions, such as providing photos or the original packaging, to receive a resolution.

NOTE: We are not responsible for flowers
damaged after delivery time. We sent out
picture at delivery.
We do not accept return for one of the kind
design, custom designs or large events for
any reason such as not liking the style,
flowers used unless we delivered broken
design . If the damage does not appear in our
delivery picture we do not offer credit to anything
happening from the time of delivery .
Flowers must handle with care at any time and
for any distance .
Also , the delivery time is not refundable.
FOR EVENTS: If someone cancel an event is
responsible to pay for any product (flowers and supplies)
we purchased in advance , due to the vendor policies -
that mentioned- “Flowers and supplies are not refundable”.
We are welcome to deliver to you the product you will be charge
for any expenses we have done for your event.
Any cancellations does not quarantined 100/100 money back if
we provide the flowers for you.
Please be aware of the refund policy in floral industry .
Everyone order is customed and next client order totaly different
event style/flowers and supplies. We cant return your product, so
we need to charge all the cost and time we use for shopping.
Place an order only if you know for sure that you need flowers .
Ofcourse, we do not charge the labor for any design it was not
created by us.
