We are a flower shop and not a farm who can have a larger quantity of flowers at any time.
Most of our clients look for flowers online these days and they want to get the same identical design they see in the pictures.Of course, they want the freshest blooms possible purchased at the last minute at our the local markets. That’s impossible and I will explain you why.
With the huge varieties of flowers, our markets are working hard to provide the necessary amount of flowers to all their customers (florists).This is because the farmers decided to grow more types of flowers in smaller amounts instead of growing a few types in larger quantity like they used a while ago. Why? Their competition is also high. In most of the cases their lands are the same in size, only the repartition of flowers is different (less space for each type of flower than years ago).
So with these changes happening, our markets , who have also the same space to hold flowers in their warehouses have the same problem.What flowers should they buy in bigger quantity and what flowers in smaller quantity. Of course that is always an estimation based on florist’s requests. Spending time to reply to each order, message, text message or email.
Then planning the trip to the market. In the meantime, fielding other calls from clients, vendors, or from any business related companies. Dealing with any detail of the business, internal or external.
And let’s say an order just came. We do not just send it to the production area, we verified each detail of the order, checking the address, texting questions to the clients to see if we need more information about the event or about their needs.
After getting all the information we are make the card messages, gather supplies and check what flowers we need for the order we have. Then make a list and run to the appropriate local market 30-40 min away, to provide the freshest flowers possible for your orders.
Ofcourse , for Our DESIGNER CHOICE orders we are shopping the best quality flowers and flower combinations or color for the design we want to create for you.
Even being welled prepared, we might still get calls from people who want flowers later in a day after our trip to the market is already done. We purchased all the preorders supplies as well as extra for later orders for the day.

We do not understand why some people must have a design they see online and like it to be the same even we do not have all the variety of the flowers necessary just to match the design you order.
