Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 5. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 6. Cancellation Notice: To cancel your subscription, please notify us at least 30 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid any charges. 7. Vase/Container Policy: The vase, container, or vessel included with your floral arrangement is yours to keep and does not need to be returned. It is included as part of your subscription payment.
